How do the free and paid plans work?

Not sure which plan you need? Try out a free plan as long as you like.
If you decide to upgrade to a paid plan, you can choose a monthly or annual subscription. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until you downgrade to the Free plan.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa and MasterCard for monthly subscriptions and PayPal for annual subscriptions.

Can I change my plan after I sign up?

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.
If you upgrade during a billing cycle, you'll be billed for the difference between the old plan and the new plan for the rest of the billing cycle. If you downgrade, the plan will change at the end of the billing cycle.

What happens if I reach my plan's response limit?

With a free plan, the survey automatically closes if you exceed the response limit. With a paid plan, you'll pay an overage fee for each response over your limit at the end of the billing cycle.
